DMCA Policy
At Black Bean And Corn Salad, we are committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) Policy outlines the procedures for copyright owners to report alleged copyright infringement and for users to respond to such claims regarding content hosted on or associated with Black Bean And Corn Salad.
We take copyright infringement seriously and will respond to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws. Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate: State that the information is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- A physical or electronic signature: A signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material. We will also notify the user who posted the material.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material, you have the right to file a counter-notification. To do so, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: And the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury: That you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction: Of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Black Bean And Corn Salad may be found.
- A statement that you will accept service of process: From the person who provided the original notification of alleged infringement or an agent of such person.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will promptly forward a copy to the complaining party who submitted the original DMCA notice. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed material may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notification.
